Tara Diamond graduated with High Honors from the University of Florida in 2000 and earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2004. Ms. Diamond began her legal career at Peck & Ray, LLP, a general litigation firm, in San Francisco.  Since 2005, Ms. Diamond has exclusively practiced in all areas of family and matrimonial law throughout New York City.   Her experience includes custody and visitation, equitable distribution, child support, paternity and order of protection cases; the negotiation and drafting of property, custody, and visitation settlement agreements; the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial agreements; and step-parent and second parent adoptions.    She is a member of the Manhattan Family Court 18-B Panel and has been certified by the First Judicial Department as an attorney qualified to represent children in custody and visitation disputes in both Manhattan Family Court and Manhattan Supreme Court.  She is a member of the AFCC, the New York State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association Matrimonial Committee, and the New York Women’s Bar Association.

Elizabeth J. Fee

Elizabeth J. Fee

Elizabeth J. Fee has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including custody, child support, maintenance, equitable distribution, adoptions, orders of protection, abuse/neglect and paternity proceedings. She is a certified mediator, collaborative law attorney and a parent coordinator.  She began her career at the Juvenile Rights Division of the Legal Aid Society where she represented children in abuse/neglect proceedings, custody, juvenile delinquency and PINS proceedings.  She was an Assistant Attorney-in-Charge in both the Brooklyn and Manhattan offices.  Since entering private practice in 1997, she has been certified by both the First and Second Departments as an attorney qualified to represent children in custody and visitation disputes and has represented many children, as well as parents and caregivers, in high conflict matrimonial and custody cases in Supreme Court and Family Court.  She also has extensive experience helping her clients resolve their financial disputes.  As a certified mediator and a collaborative lawyer, she often uses her skills to assist families in resolving parenting and financial disputes outside of Court.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section and past co-chair of the Attorney for Child committee, NYCLA, NYCBA, the New York Women’s Bar Association and the AFCC.  She has been selected as a New York Super Lawyer.  She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 1984.
